Empowering leaders and teams to cultivate collaboration, clarity, and connection in the workplace
My background
I specialise in empowering leaders and teams to cultivate collaboration, clarity, and connection in the workplace. Drawing on 20+ years of experience as a facilitator, coach, and creative, I blend systemic coaching, authentic relating, embodiment and mindfulness practices to help individuals and organisations thrive.
I’ve had the privilege of coaching individuals and teams at organisations including Goldman Sachs, ZDHC, RWE, and DHL—delivering tailored workshops, team coaching, and 1-to-1 sessions that foster systemic change, enhance team cohesion, and inspire innovative leadership.
What sets me apart is my unique background in wellness facilitation and systemic coaching, alongside having spent 25 years touring internationally as a musician.
My methods are designed to unlock potential, build trust, and create cultures where individuals and teams feel seen, heard, and inspired to succeed.
The power of presence
One of the cornerstones of my coaching stance is the Power of Presence.
This means supporting clients to resource themselves so they are able to show up with greater skill—able to notice what is going on within themselves, around them, and within their wider systems.
The research shows that great leadership stems from this kind of inner awareness.
Inner presence is not merely a personal development endeavour, but a strategic imperative for leaders aiming to navigate and implement change successfully.
From this place of embodies awareness, leaders can:
Be curious and clear in their questioning
Foster collaborative, effective communication
Respond rather than react
Build resilient, human-centred teams
“This ability to hold presence enables leaders to respond with clarity and intentionality, fostering true collaboration and innovation within their teams.”
In the words of Deborah Rowland (still moving):
“Leaders who have this capacity pay close and continual attention to the here-and-now moment without getting distracted or thrown by experience.
They can observe what is going on for them (their inner thoughts, feelings, sensations, and impulses) calmly and objectively. It’s as if they can ‘stand on a balcony’ and observe themselves—while they are in action.”

Embodied practices
To support this, I weave a variety of embodiment and somatic practices into my sessions—including meditation, Qi Gong, breath work and Authentic Relating techniques—helping individuals reconnect to themselves and lead from a place of wholeness.
