Follow up ‘team value’ engagement with ZDHC

In a follow-up engagement, Tallulah facilitated a three-day immersive coaching process with the Operations Team. This session was exceptionally well received and focused on:
◆ Co-creating team values & commitments
◆ Creating protocols for resourcing & emotional charge
◆ Defining practical team follow-up actions & shared accountability practices
◆ Strengthening communications, onboarding practices, and cross-functional collaboration
Outcomes
◆ A clearly articulated set of team values and behavioural agreements
◆ Increased sense of psychological safety and shared ownership within the Operations Team
◆ Creation of internal communications tools
◆ Practical commitments for improving responsiveness and collaboration across departments
