Follow up ‘team value’ engagement with ZDHC


In a follow-up engagement, Tallulah facilitated a three-day immersive coaching process with the Operations Team. This session was exceptionally well received and focused on:

Co-creating team values & commitments

Creating protocols for resourcing & emotional charge

Defining practical team follow-up actions & shared accountability practices

Strengthening communications, onboarding practices, and cross-functional collaboration

Outcomes

A clearly articulated set of team values and behavioural agreements

Increased sense of psychological safety and shared ownership within the Operations Team

Creation of internal communications tools

Practical commitments for improving responsiveness and collaboration across departments
