Shibashi One a set of 18 beautiful Qi Gong exercises based on the principles of Tai Chi and includes movements from the Yang style Tai Chi Chaun. It is a flowing Qi Gong exercise routine that is deeply nourishing, relaxing and grounding.

It is deeply focused on supporting our immune system and activating our healing capacity.

No experience of Qi Gong/Tai Chi is needed to join this workshop.

We will begin with a gentle warm up sequence before flowing into learning the form in stages.

You will receive a print out of the movements as a support tool for the session.

Those joining this workshop will also be eligible for a discount to buying the Shibashi 1 course online. This includes the 18 movements broken down into 5 videos with a printout including detailed information on each of the movements. So that you can further deepen your practice after the workshop.
